This chakra is the power center of your body & mediates the energies relating to your willpower, purpose & creativity.

The 3rd chakra is the SOLAR PLEXUS chakra and has the greatest concentration of pranic energy as a large number of nadis radiate from it. It is the center of willpower and your sense of purpose in life.
